Shipping & Returns
Everything you need to know about how we get your crystals to you safely.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email and/or SMS with your order confirmation and estimated dispatch date.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST or on Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Each crystal is individually inspected, cleansed, and carefully packed before dispatch. This ensures your stone arrives in perfect condition, exactly as shown.

* Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Remote areas may incur additional charges.
Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected:
- →Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 3–5 business days (standard)
- →Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days (standard)
- →Remote/Rural Areas: 7–10 business days (standard)
These are estimated timeframes and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances. Pure Astro Gems is not liable for delays caused by the courier partner.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order on our Track Order page or directly on the courier partner's website.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch. If your tracking link is not active after 48 hours, please contact our support team.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship to all pin codes across India that are serviceable by our courier partners. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Certain remote areas, J&K, Lakshadweep, and Andaman & Nicobar Islands may have longer delivery times or restricted serviceability. Please enter your pin code at checkout to confirm delivery availability.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your crystals. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
Eligible for return:
- Defective or damaged items (received in broken condition)
- Wrong item delivered
- Item significantly different from description
Not eligible for return:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling
- Items without original packaging or tampered seals
- Sale / clearance items marked as non-returnable
To initiate a return, email us at support@pureastrogems.in with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are credited to your original payment method:
- →UPI / Net Banking / Debit Card: 5–7 business days
- →Credit Card: 7–10 business days (subject to your bank's processing time)
- →Wallet / BNPL: 3–5 business days
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel, email us immediately at support@pureastrogems.in with your order number.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return once the package is delivered.
For cancelled orders, the full order amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@pureastrogems.in. Include your order number, photos of the damaged packaging and item, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
